Quartz Carpet comprises of of natural imported glacial aggregate which is tinted and blended with clear epoxy (internal) and polyurethane (external) resins. The glacial stone used in Quartz Carpet is exceedingly hard (MOH scale 7 & 8 where diamonds measures 10) and it’s anti-slip properties give this product its exceptional performance characteristics. The stones, although mantaining their angular appearance, have lost their sharp edges through being tumbled down glacial rivers resulting in a luxurious “soft” sensation underfoot. . . ”You have to feel it to believe it….!”

Maintenance
The maintenance of Quartz CarpetTM is very simple. The open granule construction makes Quartz CarpetTM easier to clean than carpets. A simple vacuuming removes all dust and dirt. A wet vacuum extraction with warm water and a detergent will restore the natural beauty of Quartz CarpetTM.
Quartz CarpetTM can also be installed leaving a clear pore-filled top surface that inhibits any dirt or grime penetration between the Quartz granules. This system requires simple mopping and drying. Dirt simply cannot penetrate the tough durable top surface of a pore filled Quartz CarpetTM installation. A thorough cleaning and maintenance coat of Quartz CarpetTM PU Sealer coat is recommended every 2-3 years to keep your Quartz CarpetTM floor looking like new.
